This original petition is filed for a direction to the Debts Recovery Tribunal to dispose of S.A. No.452/2024 within a time frame.

2. A report was called for from the Debts Recovery Tribunal and it is informed that the S.A. is listed for hearing on 27.02.2026. The tribunal shall take up the S.A. and dispose of the same on or before 10.03.2026.
