JUDGMENT

Dated this the 30th day of January, 2026

1. The learned Standing Counsel for the 1st respondent submitted that the account is operational. The same is recorded.

2. The learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent submitted that after the interim order, further requisition from Punjab Police Station is received and hence, the interim order could not be complied with.

3. The learned Standing Counsel for the 3rd respondent submitted that, after the interim order, a requisition from a Police Station in Gujrat is received and hence, the interim order could not be complied with.

4. In such situation, it is for the petitioner to implead those requisitioning authorities and to bring up their petition for further consideration. There is no contempt in the matter.

5. Accordingly, the Contempt of Court Case is closed.
