JUDGMENT

Petitioner seeks for a direction to correct Ext.P3 CIBIL report of the petitioner by deleting the entry 'wilful default'.

2. A counter affidavit has been filed by the 2ndrespondent, in which it is stated that, pursuant to the interim order dated 27.03.2025 and the communications received from the first respondent, the 2ndrespondent effected necessary corrections in the petitioner's Credit Information Report and his earlier reported delinquencies no longer appears in his CIR and his current CIBIL score stands at 745 as on 15.12.2025.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the corrections effected on his CIBIL score, his grievance stands redressed.

Accordingly, this writ petition is closed.
