JUDGMENT

The petitioner is aggrieved by an ad-interim order of injunction passed as per Ext.P3 in I.A.No.1 of 2025 in O.S.No.296 of 2025 by the Second Additional Sub Court, Thiruvananthapuram. The petitioner seeks a direction for final disposal of the I.A. on merits.

2. A counter affidavit has been filed by the 1st respondent stating that the ad-interim injunction was ordered after giving sufficient time for the petitioner to file their objections. Be that as it may, final orders need to be issued on the application.

In the above circumstances, this original petition is disposed of, directing the Second Additional Sub Court, Thiruvananthapuram, to consider and pass final orders on I.A.No.1 of 2025 in O.S.No.296 of 2025 on merits after hearing the parties at the earliest, at any rate, within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
