JUDGMENT

The petitioners have approached this Court contending that the issuance of Annexure E to Annexure G orders are not in compliance with the directions in the Annexure D judgment dated 16.02.2024 in WP(C) No.30064 of 2022. The contention now raised by the petitioner regarding the applicability of the Government Orders subsequently issued in 2020 and 2021, relied on for issuing Annexure E to Annexure G orders, cannot be agitated in a contempt of Court case.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners will file a revision before the Government challenging the orders impugned, but the delay in preferring the same may be condoned. In the light of the above, this contempt case is closed, making it clear that if the revision is filed within a period of one month from the date 2026:KER:12464 of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment, the Government shall treat the same as having filed within time.
