JUDGMENT
The writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:
a. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order, directing the respondent No.1 to give consent and handover the investigation to the 3rd or 5th respondent as the case may be regarding the financial fraud/cheating committed by the Coztaaz Public Limited, Artham Investments and Mythri Nidhi Limited.
b. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order, directing the respondent No.1 to consider Exhibit P6 and taken an appropriate decision of the same in accordance with law.
c. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order, directing the respondent No.5 to consider Exhibit P7 and taken an appropriate decision of the same in accordance with law.
d. Issue a writ of mandamus directing the 2nd, 3rd and 4th respondent herein to conduct a proper and thorough investigation of the crimes pertaining to the 6th respondent and to hand over the investigation to the 5th respondent if necessar
