JUDGMENT
The above writ petition is filed with the following prayer:
“1. To issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the Ext.P4 Representation with notice to the 3rd respondent at the earliest within a time schedule to be fixed by this Hon’ble Court.”
2. When the writ petition came up for consideration today, the learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that file No. RDO Alp/55/2026 had been forwarded by the 1st respondent to the 2nd respondent – Maintenance Tribunal, and notices were issued to all parties and hearing is going on.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also submits that the matter is being considered by the second respondent and it is posted to 13.02.2026. Since the prayer in the writ petition is for speedy disposal of the matter by the 2nd respondent, considering the submissions made by both sides, I find it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the 2nd respondent to dispose
