JUDGMENT
The above Writ Petition (C) is filed with the following prayers:
"a) Issue a writ of mandamus or appropriate order or direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Exhibit P3 Form No.6 application within two months, without insisting for Form No.5 proceedings.
b) To direct the 3rd respondent to reassess the land tax and make corrections in the Basic Tax Register in consequence to the order issued by the 2nd respondent.
c) To dispense with the filing of the translation of vernacular documents.
d) To issue such other writ order or directions which are deemed fit and proper for the interest of justice. "

2. The main prayer in this Writ Petition is to consider Ext.P3 Form - 6 application submitted by the petitioner under Section 27A read with Rule 12(1) of the Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wetland Act and Rules, 2008 ('Act and Rules' in short).
