This Review Petition is preferred under Order XLVII Rule 1 r/w Section 114 of the Code of Civil Procedure , seeking to review the judgment of this Court dated 20.03.2025 in W.P(C) No.8320/2025.

2. The review petitioner herein is the writ petitioner in W.P(C)

No. 8320/2025, which was dismissed by this Court by judgment dated 20.03.2025. The writ petitioner states that there are certain errors and mistakes apparent on the face of record.

3. Dr. Nizar Hussain M. (party-in-person), the review petitioner, submits that the Writ Petition was filed challenging Ext.P11 order issued by the 1st respondent, Chairman, Admission Supervisory Committee for Professional Colleges in Kerala, whereby the request for refund of illegally collected fee for the subsequent year was rejected.
