JUDGMENT
Dated this the 13th day of February, 2026 The petitioner states that she worked in a leave vacancy under the 4th respondent’s School from 13.07.2026 to 17.10.2026. The petitioner has not been paid regular salary in respect of the duration in which the petitioner worked. The petitioner is therefore before this Court.
2. Evidently, there is substantial delay in approaching this Court seeking arrears of salary. The petitioner would submit that the Manager has been prosecuting the matter and the petitioner was not informed of the rejection orders.
3. From the pleadings, I find that the Educational Authorities had rejected the claim as early on 31.03.2018 as per Ext.P8. The writ petition has been filed even six years thereafter.
In the circumstances, the writ petition is highly belated.
The writ petition is hence dismissed.
