JUDGMENT The petitioner is before this Court being aggrieved by the proceedings initiated by the 3rd respondent Bank to recover amounts due in terms of Ext.P1 award in ARC No.1045/2024.
2. When this matter came up for consideration before this Court on 13.02.2026, this Court ordered notice by speed post to respondents 2 and 3. Registry reports that no process has been paid to take out notice though the learned counsel for the petitioner asserts that such process has been paid.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to file a Revision Petition against Ext.P1 award before the Kerala Co-operative Tribunal under Section 84 of the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act , 1969 (in short ‘the 1969 Act’).
4. The learned Government Pleader submits that though Section 84 of the 1969 Act does not fix any time limit within which a Revision Petition has to be filed, this Court has held that the reasonable time within which a Revision Petition has to be filed is a period of 90 days.
