O R D E R
It is submitted by both sides that the dispute has been settled in mediation. Memorandum of settlement has been incorporated. Following are the terms stated in the memorandum of settlement.
“1. Both parties have agreed to settle their disputes towards full and final settlement for an amount of Rs.6,10,000/-(Rupees Six lakhs ten thousand only). Respondents shall pay the said amount to the petitioner on or before 30/06/2026 starting from January for a period of six months. Respondents shall pay an amount of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five thousand only) on or before 31/01/2026 as the first installment.
2. Petitioner shall release the vehicle after the full payment.
3. In case of default the petitioner shall proceed with the matter in accordance with law. Petitioner shall issue NOC to the respondents and Form 35.
4. Petitioner shall withdraw all pending cases pending before District Court, Munsiff's Court and Commercial Court.
5. Petitioner shall not claim any further claims in future against the Loan A/c.No.TPTRAT906200001 bearing Reg.No.KL33H 7081
6. Respondents shall pay the above said amount to Loan A/c.No.TPTRAT906200001 or through Bank. Details of the Bank – Shriram Finance
