Headnote:The Court examined the appeal against the judgment and decree dated 10.10.2000 in OS NO.70 OF 1998. The appellants stated that there were no instructions to proceed, leading to the dismissal for non-prosecution. The court determined that sufficient grounds were not presented to warrant continuation. Therefore, the appeal was dismissed.

JUDGMENT

The learned counsel for the appellants submits that there is no instruction from the appellants and the appeal may be dismissed for non-prosecution.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed for non-

prosecution.
