Dated this the 20th day of February, 2026 The petitioner is the accused in Crime No.13/2026 registered by the Thampanoor Police Station, Thiruvananthapuram, alleging the commission of the offences punishable under Sections 329 (4), 351(2) and

115(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita , 2023.

2. The learned Senior Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that, the investigation in the case is complete and the Final Report has been filed on 20.01.2026 before the Court of the Judicial First Class Magistrate-III, Thiruvananthapuram, (‘Trial Court’, in short).

In light of the above submission, this Crl.M.C is dismissed, without prejudice to the petitioner to either challenge the Final Report or file an application for discharge before the Trial Court. If such an application is filed, the Trial Court shall consider and dispose of the application, in accordance with law. Sd/-
