JUDGMENT

The petitioners challenge Ext.P8 order passed by the Additional District Magistrate dated 28.09.2020, permitting the drawing of an electric line to respondents 5 to 7. The petitioners contend that the line was drawn without getting their consent. 2. It is not disputed that O.S. No.341/2016 is pending before the Munsiff's Court, Paravoor, regarding the boundary of the petitioners' property and the encroachment allegedly made by the respondents. Pending the said suit, no orders can be passed in this writ petition. If the petitioners eventually succeed in the civil suit, it will be open for them to take such steps to seek removal of the line drawn as per Ext.P8.

Without prejudice to the said right, this writ petition is closed.
