Court ruled on interim relief and stay of proceedings pending appeal resolution.

Headnote:This writ petition arises from a request for mandamus compelling the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission to consider an appeal. The petitioner seeks to prevent the continuation of proceedings until the appeal is resolved. The court notes existing conditions affecting the appeal's status. The court determines further orders unnecessary given the current resolution state of the appeal (paragraphs 1-2). The court frames the issue as whether interim relief should be granted until the appeal's completion, asserting that the current stay satisfies any immediate need for relief (paragraph 2). The final resolution is that the writ petition is accordingly closed.
