JUDGMENT

This petition is filed for issuing direction to the Principal Sub Judge, Palakkad to dispose of the EA No.288/2024 in EP No.168/2021 in O.S.No.155/2016 in a time bound manner.
2. A report has been called for from the Trial Court.
Wherein, the trial Court has requested three months time to dispose of the application, as per its letter dated 14.08.2025.
The identification process is going on.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances, the Original Petition is disposed of.
4. The Principal Sub Judge, Palakkad is directed to dispose of the EA No.288/2024 in EP No.168/2021 in O.S.No.155/2016 within three months from the date of receipt of copy of the judgment.
