Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as Smt. Shameena Salahudheen, learned Standing Counsel for the LBS Centre for Science and Technology.

2. It is pointed out by both sides that in view of the interim order granted by this Court, the allotment has already taken place. Therefore, the prayers in this writ petition have essentially become infructuous.

In view of the afore submission, this writ petition would stand closed as infructuous.
