JUDGMENT
The writ petition is filed with the following prayers.
“(i) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, commanding the 2nd respondent to place Ext.P3 application in the next meeting of the 1st respondent and further direct the 1st respondent to consider Ext.P3 application submitted by the petitioner for variation of permit and pass orders in the matter granting variation of permit, if necessary by circulation of papers under Rule 130 of the Kerala Motor Vehicles Rules.
(ii) grant the petitioner such other reliefs which this Hon’ble court deem just and fit in the circumstance of the case.”
2. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the application for variation of the permit was received only on 27.01.2026 and the same will be considered in accordance with law, after receiving the requisite reports. This is recorded.
3. Accordingly, there will be a direction to the first respondent to pass orders on Ext.P3 application stated above, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
