JUDGMENT The petitioner seeks a direction to consider Ext.P6 objection, which he has preferred against the conveying for revision of timings of the stage carriage of the 2nd respondent. The petitioner contends that this is the 4th time the 2nd respondent has applied for the revision of timings, and therefore, the request should not have been entertained. The petitioner has already filed Ext.P6 objection against the proposal.
2. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the 1st respondent to consider Ext.P6 objection preferred by the petitioner herein as well, while considering the request made by the 2nd respondent.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
