The court upheld the withdrawal of a motor accident claims appeal, allowing for a refund of the statutory deposit.

JUDGMENT

The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that a withdrawal memo has been filed seeking permission to withdraw the appeal. The said memo is recorded.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

The appellant shall be entitled to a refund of the statutory deposit amount made before the tribunal. The Registry is directed to return the original documents, if any, filed in this appeal to the appellant.
