JUDGMENT

The limited prayer sought for by the petitioners is for a direction to provide him with copies of documents as requested for in Exhibit-P5 letter.

2. In Exhibit-P5, second petitioner had requested to provide him with three documents. Considering the nature of relief sought for and on a perusal of Exhibit-P5, I am of the view that this writ petition can be disposed of with a direction.

3. Though the learned Standing Counsel for the first respondent sought time to get instructions, considering the nature of the order that I propose to issue, instructions are not necessary.

Accordingly, there will be a direction to the first respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the request made by the petitioners through Exhibit-P5 relating to providing copies of the three documents mentioned therein, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
