JUDGMENT

These writ petitions are filed seeking expeditious consideration of the applications submitted by the petitioners for arms licence under the provisions of the Arms Act and Rules.

2. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that orders will be passed in the applications, taking note of the interim order passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 19708 of 2022 and the Government Order dated 02.02.2026. This is recorded.

Accordingly, the Writ petitions are disposed of, directing the

2nd respondent to pass final orders on the applications seeking arms licence, in accordance with law and taking note of the interim order and the Government Order referred above, within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The Writ petitions are disposed of as above.
