JUDGMENT
The above Writ Petition (C) is filed with the following prayers:
" i. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the Respondents to forthwith take effective and continuous measures to abate, prevent, and remove the illegal, unauthorized, and indiscriminate parking of vehicles in front of the Petitioner’s building, including on the southern road margin of Subhash Chandra Bose Road and the abutting footpath;
ii. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing Respondents 1 to 4 to immediately erect and maintain a clearly visible “NO PARKING” signboard on the southern margin of Subhash Chandra Bose Road in front of the Petitioner’s building and to enforce the same strictly so as to prevent further obstruction;
iii. Pass such other and further orders that this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice. "
