This writ petition is filed seeking a prayer to direct the 1^st respondent to consider and dispose of Ext.P6 application submitted by the petitioner wherein he has sought for implementation of Ext.P1 circular and Ext.P2 order in all Village Offices, Agricultural Offices and Grama Panchayat Offices across the State of Kerala.

2. We have heard Mr. Amal Baby, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. V. Tekchand, learned Senior Government Pleader.

3. Taking note of the fact that the prayer is limited to a direction to the 1^st respondent to consider and dispose of Ext.P6 application, we dispose of this W.P.(PIL) directing the 1^st respondent to consider and act upon Ext.P6 application, if the same has been received and is pending, within a period of eight weeks from today and intimate the result to the petitioners.

4. The petition is disposed of.
