JUDGMENT
The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that by the order of the National Company Law Tribunal, Kochi, the Tribunal has appointed an Interim Administrator for final adjudication of the disputes for the smooth functioning of the petitioner Company.
In the light of the above submission, this writ petition is closed, leaving open all the contentions of the petitioner.
