ORDER
This application is filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short, BNSS ), seeking pre-arrest bail.
2. The applicants are the accused Nos. 1 to 3 in Crime No.17/2026 of Konni Police Station, Pathanamthitta District. The offences alleged are punishable under Sections 296(b), 126(2), 118(1) and 118(2) read with Section 3 (5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 .
3. The prosecution case, in short, is that on
4.1.2026 at about 6.15 pm, at a place namely Punlinchani, the applicants along with the accused No.4 had attacked and inflicted grievous injuries to the defacto complainant. The applicant No.1 is alleged to have beaten the defacto complainant using a square tube causing fracture of right hand, while the applicant Nos. 2, 3 and the accused No.4 had beaten the defacto complainant using stick and thereby committed the offences.
