JUDGMENT

The petitioner claims to be the eldest son of late Mr.Anzil M. Anwar, who was the eldest son of late Mrs.Surayya. The petitioner seeks for a direction to declare him to be eligible to be included in the management committee of MRMKMMHSS, Edava, Thiruvananthapuram, being the late heir of Mrs.Surayya. Seeking appropriate orders regarding the managership of the school, the petitioner has filed Ext.P4 representation before the DEO.

2. The limited relief sought for by the petitioner at the time of hearing, is for a direction to dispose of Ext.P4 representation in a time bound manner.

3. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader, I am of the view that considering the nature of relief sought for, notice to the 5th respondent can be dispensed with.

4. Since Ext.P4 representation is pending consideration, this Court is of the view that the same can be directed to be disposed of in a time bound manner, after hearing all the parties.

Accordingly, there will be a direction to the 4th respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P4 representation as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of three months from
