JUDGMENT

Learned counsel for the respondent Bank submitted that the Bank has withdrawn Ext.P6 arbitration proceedings.

2. In view of the above submission, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that this writ petition can be closed.

Since the Bank has already withdrawn Ext.P6 proceedings, nothing further survives for consideration in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed.
