ORDER

Dated this the 20th day of February, 2026 The sole accused in Crime No.46/2020 of Nilambur police station, filed this Crl.M.C. under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying for quashing the FIR against him.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor upon instructions submitted that, in this case, the police already completed the investigation and filed refer report as R.C.No.15/2020 before the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Nilambur. In the above circumstances, this Crl.M.C. became infructuous and accordingly it is dismissed as infructuous.
