The accused in C.C.No.8681/2023 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-II, Aluva, arising out of Crime No.350/2019 of Aluva East police station, filed this Crl.M.C. under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying for quashing all further proceedings against him.

On verification of CMS, it is revealed that this case was already disposed of by the trial court. Therefore, this Crl.M.C. became infructuous and accordingly it is dismissed as infructuous.
