JUDGMENT

The petitioners are husband and wife. The third respondent herein is stated to be the brother of the 1st petitioner. The petitioners contended that the 3rd respondent has attempted to commit murder of the petitioners and their family on many occasions. Stating thus, the petitioners have already approached the 1st and 2nd respondents, by filing Ext.P3 complaint.

2. Heard Sri.P.Shamsudin, learned counsel for the petitioners Sri.N.B. Sunil Nath, learned Government Pleader for respondents 1 and 2, and Sri.Navaneeth N. Nath, learned counsel for the 3rd respondent herein.

3. While admitting the writ petition on 10.03.2023, this Court had only issued notice to the 3rd respondent herein, directing the learned Government Pleader to get instructions.

4. The learned Government Pleader, on the basis of the instructions received by him, states that, as of now, there is no threat from the side of the 3rd respondent herein to the petitioners herein. The afore submission made by the learned Government Pleader is recorded.

In the light of the above, this writ petition would stand disposed of. However, the petitioners would be entitled to approach the 2nd respondent herein if necessity arises i
