Versus
STATE OF KERALA – Respondent

Advocates:
For the Appellants/Petitioners: SHRI.SHAMEM M.S.
For the Respondents: SRI.SANTHAN V.NAIR, SHRI.SAFAL P. SALIM

JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the police authorities for the protection of the life of the petitioner from the 6th respondent herein.

2. While admitting the writ petition on 13.10.2023, the 4th respondent was directed to afford adequate protection to the life of the petitioner, if found necessary.

3. Learned counsel for the 6th respondent today submits that she has no instructions from the 6th respondent, in the matter.

In the light of the afore, insofar as the petitioner has only sought for protection for her life, this writ petition would stand disposed of in terms of the interim order dated

13.10.2023, referred to above.
