Advocates:
For the Appellants/Petitioners: SHRI.BALASUBRAMANIAM V.S, SMT.M.M.LAIJU NISSA, SMT.M.VEENA
For the Respondents: SRI.K.RAJESH (AROOR)

JUDGMENT

1. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the respondent Bank to rework the interest at 9% and to refer the matter for mediation or for an amicable settlement.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent objected the maintainability of the writ petition on the ground that the respondent is a private Bank and the matter arises from contractual obligations out of the contract maintained by the petitioner and the respondent. I find force in the said submission.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
