JUDGMENT
The issue in these cases relates to the pole rent based on the Government/ Board orders. The learned Standing Counsel for the Board submits that in view of the judgment passed in W.P.(C) No.40017 of 2024 and connected cases on 05.02.2026, the Board will issue fresh demands in terms of the directions therein, subject to orders, if any, in the appeal. This is recorded.
Accordingly, I am not inclined to proceed further in these contempt of Court cases, and these are closed.
