IN THE HIGH COURT OF KERALA AT ERNAKULAM
MOHAMMED NIAS C.P., J
SUSHEELA P.P – Appellant
Versus
AUTHORIZED OFFICER CENTRAL BANK OF INDIA – Respondent
MOHAMMED NIAS C.P., J.
-------------------------------------------------
R.P. No.1443 of 2025 -------------------------------------------------
Dated this the 20th day of February, 2026 ORDER The review is filed against the judgment dated 22.09.2025 in W.P.(C) No.31281 of 2025. This Court had passed an order on 10.11.2025, directing the petitioner to remit an amount of Rs. 2 Lakhs, which both sides submit, was remitted.
2. However, learned counsel for the Bank submits that, taking advantage of the order passed by this Court, the petitioner had trespassed on the secured asset regarding which a police complaint has already been filed. It will be open to the Bank to pursue the same.
3. After hearing both sides, I find no error apparent on the face of record to review the judgment, and accordingly, the review petition is rejected. The dismissal of the review will not prevent the petitioner from approaching the Bank to settle the dispute.
Subject to the above, the review petition is dismissed.
