JUDGMENT
The writ petition is filed with the following prayers:-
i) To issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ, direction or order, directing the respondents to grant the regular permit on the route Mattukatta- Nedumkandam (via) Kattappana, Kombayar, Balagram, Kuzhiyanmala by passing final orders on Exhibit P1 application submitted by the petitioner, most expeditiously, at any rate, within a time limit to be fixed by this Hon’ble Court, in the interest of justice.
ii) To issue any other appropriate writ, direction or order which this Hon’ble Court deem fit in the circumstances of the case.
iii) To dispense with the filing of translation of vernacular documents.
2. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the inquiry reports are awaited. This is recorded.
Accordingly, the Writ petition is disposed of, directing the
1st respondent to pass orders, in accordance with law, on Ext.P1 application for a fresh regular permit, within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
