JUDGMENT

The petitioner challenges Ext.P12 order passed by the District Collector, Ernakulam, dated 31.07.2023, dismissing an application preferred by the petitioner under the provisions of the Arms Act and Rules. This court had directed the petitioner to avail of the alternate remedy against the rejection. Accordingly, the petitioner has preferred Ext.P14 appeal before the Land Revenue Commissioner, the fourth respondent.

2. Accordingly, there will be a direction to the fourth respondent to consider Ext.P14 appeal in accordance with law and pass orders within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. It will be open to the petitioner to produce such materials to substantiate his contentions, which will be adverted to while passing orders as directed above.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
