JUDGMENT
The writ petition is filed with the following prayers.
“i. To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order directing the first respondent to consider Exhibit.P2 representation submitted by the petitioner also while considering the matter regarding the issuance of regular permit granted to the petitioner on the route Kottiyoor-Irikkoor-Iritty-Thalssery in respect of Stage Carriage KL-14/L 7779, as per Ext.P3 in the interest of justice;
ii. To issue any other appropriate writ, direction or order which this Hon’ble Court deem fit in the circumstances of the case.”
2. It is submitted by both sides that the hearing on the representation is over and orders are awaited. This is recorded. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the first respondent to pass orders on Ext.P2 representation seeking time for production of the records, submitted by the petitioner, within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
