JUDGMENT
The writ petition is filed with the following prayers:-
(i) Issue a writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction calling for the records leading to Ext. P4 Show Cause Notice issued by the respondent and quash the same;
(ii) Issue a Writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondent to provide an opportunity of being heard pursuant to Ext. P4 Show Cause Notice;
(iii) Issue such other writ, order or direction which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper on the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice.
(iv) The petitioner undertakes that the English translation of the documents in the vernacular language will be produced as and when directed by this Hon’ble Court.
2. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that after the issuance of Ext.P4 show cause notice dated 08.04.2024, final orders were passed on 22.04.2024, after hearing the petitioner, suspending his licence for three months and also directing him to undergo a correctional course. This is recorded.
