JUDGMENT

The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2^nd respondent to consider Ext.P5 application preferred by the petitioner on 15.11.2025, seeking correction of his date of birth in passport No.P6733368 from 05.07.1964 to 12.05.1968.

2. The learned DSGI on instructions submits that the petitioner's application is pending consideration before the 2^nd respondent.

3. Accordingly, there will be a direction to the second respondent to pass orders on the application in accordance with law within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
