JUDGMENT
The original petition has been filed challenging execution proceedings pursuant to an order. Pending the original petition, the petitioner has paid a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- in two instalments. Petitioner is willing to pay the balance amount in instalments and the respondent has no objection.
In the above circumstances, this original petition is disposed of, directing the petitioner to pay the balance amount in eight equal monthly instalments, the first instalment becoming payable on or before 19.03.2026 and the remaining instalments becoming payable on or before the 19th of the succeeding months. If the petitioner makes two consecutive defaults, the respondent is at liberty to continue with the execution proceedings. The execution proceedings shall be kept in abeyance to facilitate the payment in instalments.
