JUDGMENT
The petitioner has approached this Court pointing out that she is one among the Directors of a Company and that, when the books of accounts were called for by the respondents herein, the same were in the custody of the Managing Director. Therefore, seeking production of the said books from the Managing Director, Ext.P6 application was filed before the 3rd respondent herein. The petitioner prays that the application filed as above at Ext.P6 be directed to be considered by the 3rd respondent.
2. While admitting the writ petition on 12.04.2023, this Court had already issued a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P6 representation after hearing the petitioner.
3. In the light of the afore, I am of the opinion that the grievance of the petitioner raised in this writ petition has been redressed.
