The present Review Petition is filed under Order XLVII Rule 1 read with Section 114 of the Code of Civil Procedure , 1908, seeking review of the judgment dated 18.08.2025 passed in W.A. No. 1045 of

2020.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that, as against the impugned judgment dated 18.08.2025 passed in the aforesaid Writ Appeal, the review petitioners have already preferred a Special Leave Petition before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, which is yet to be numbered.

3. In view of the aforesaid, we are of the considered opinion that the maintenance of two parallel proceedings challenging the very same impugned judgment is not permissible in law. Accordingly, we refrain from entertaining the Review Petition.

Accordingly, the Review Petition stands dismissed.
