HARISANKAR V. MENON, J
SREE NARAYANA PRIVATE INDUSTRIAL TRAINING INSTITUTE, REPRESENTED BY ITS MANAGER – Appellant
Versus
THE DIRECTOR, DIRECTORATE GENERAL OF TRAINING, MINISTRY OF SKILL DEVELOPMENT AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP – Respondent
J U D G M E N T
The petitioners have filed the captioned writ petition, seeking to challenge the affiliation process with reference to the Industrial Training Institute in question.
2. This Court, while admitting the writ petition, had permitted the petitioners to continue with the course as regards the students, who have been admitted for the relevant academic years.
3. Sri.M.R.Anison, the learned counsel for the petitioners, would submit that from last year onwards, the petitioners are not admitting the students, since, in tune with the new affiliation procedure, an inspection has been carried out and the process of affiliation is going on.
4. In the light of the afore submission and also after hearing Sri.N.B. Sunil Nath, the learned Government Pleader, I close the writ petition, holding that the right of the students, who have been already admitted, pursuant to the interim orders issued by this Court, shall not be affected by the provisions of the impugned orders.
The petitioners will also be entitled to approach this Court, if any necessity arises in future.
