J U D G M E N T

The writ petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent, Secretary, Regional Transport Authority, to consider Ext.P5 request made by the petitioner as regards the objections raised by respondents 2 and 3 against the settlement of timings of the petitioner's service, in the timing conference scheduled on 26.02.2026.

2. Taking note of the fact that the timing conference is scheduled on 26.02.2026, the 1st respondent shall hear the petitioner as well as respondents 2 and 3 and shall advert to the rival contentions while taking a decision in the said timing conference.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
