This application is filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 (for short, BNSS ), seeking regular bail.
2. The learned Senior Public Prosecutor on instructions submits that the applicant was already released on regular bail by the Sessions Court. Hence the prayer has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as infructuous.
