K.T.MUHAMMED ALI – Appellant
Versus

ORDER
Muralee Krishna, J.
This review petition is filed by the 1st respondent in W.A.No.2816 of 2025 under Order XLVII Rule 1 read with Section 114 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 , claiming that there is an error apparent on the face of the record in the judgment dated
23.01.2026 passed by this Court in the writ appeal.
2. By the common judgment dated 23.01.2026, this Court allowed W.A.No.2816 of 2025 along with W.A.No.34 of 2026, by setting aside the impugned order dated 01.04.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(C)No.13024 of 2025 and the order dated 18.11.2025 in I.A.No.2 of 2025 in that writ petition. This Court made it clear that parties to the writ appeals may seek the final disposal of W.P.(C)No.13024 of 2025 before the learned Single Judge expeditiously, pointing out the urgency and the pendency of the lis before the Wakf Board as well as the Wakf Tribunal.
3. Today, when this review petition is taken up for consideration, after arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the review petitioner sought permission to withdraw the review petition.
In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel, the review petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
