JUDGMENT
The petitioner sought for the following reliefs:
“(I) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or such other appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, directing the respondents to make a permanent solution to supply sufficient drinking water to the house of the petitioner within such time fixed by this Hon’ble Court.
(II) To dispense with the English translation of documents produced in vernacular language (III) Issue such other Writ, appropriate Order or Direction as this Hon’ble Court deem fit to the facts and circumstances of the case.”
2. The grievance of the petitioner raised in this writ petition is with respect to lack of sufficient water supply to the house of the petitioner.
3. A statement has been filed on behalf of the respondents pointing out that, at present, there are no issues but in order to increase the water supply to the Nettoor area, Water Authority has already provided additional tapping of existing line and even provided three additional air vents and line boosting meetings. It is further mentioned in the statement as follows:
