GOKUL P.V – Appellant
Versus
THE STATE OF KERALA – Respondent

2. By judgment in WP(C) No.14090 of 2024, this Court had declared that the qualification of B-Tech and B-Ed Degree would be a sufficient qualification for obtaining a certificate in K-TET category III. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of declaring that the petitioner is entitled to get K-TET category III certificate and the 3rd respondent is directed to issue K-TET category III certificate to the petitioner, subject to the marks scored by him in the said examination, at the earliest, at any rate, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy
